Get to know your agent, Nancy…

Nancy’s understanding of excellent client services stems from a long history of working in the service industry.  As a retail manager for many years, she thrives on making sure clients have a great experience.  Nancy obtained her Iowa Real Estate license in 1999 as she started out in a local company.  Joining Century 21 LSB Real Estate in 2008 has given her the tools to expand her business and offer clients the most up to date technology and marketing.  

Nancy is a full time Realtor® with CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations. She is a recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Award. The award is generated from recieving positive feedback on client surveys and Century 21.  She served as a committee member on the local Board of Realtors.  Nancy is  originally from Denver, Iowa, and has since moved to Waverly where she currently lives with her family. She is very passionate about helping youth and veterans. Nancy is currently a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. In the past, she has been a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader, as well as a volunteer for the local schools.
